E210 True Catch Can System
from $415.00

This is the first and only true catch can system designed specifically for the E210 Corolla!

The PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) system on these cars has a one way valve between the intake manifold and cylinder head that uses vacuum from the intake manifold to pull pressure from the engine crank case into the intake system which helps with efficiency of the engine. The problem is that along with the pressure its relieving its bringing a lot of oil vapor into the intake manifold as well. If you take the hose from the valve cover to the intake tube off its going to be bone dry 99% of the time and the generic catch can systems that just put the can between the valve cover and the intake hose will never see a drop of oil. Yet when you take the intake manifold off you will see oil dripping out of the intake runners and coating the inside of the cylinder head. 99% of the nasty crap from the PCV system on these cars comes from that valve between the intake manifold and cylinder head.

But we made a proper solution! Most catch can systems on all other cars put the can between the PCV valve and the intake manifold to catch this oil vapor, but unfortunately with the way this PCV system was designed you can’t do that. So what we did was design a plug to put in place of the PCV valve which completely blocks that, and instead reroute the crankcase pressure out of the custom vented oil cap we designed. Both the oil cap and the valve cover breather route to the catch can and then the can routes back to the intake tube so the vacuum from that pulls the pressure out of the crankcase without the oil coming with it and gumming everything up.

In addition to this being the only catch can system on the market to address the issue, we put the can in an out of the way spot that allows you to easily drain the can. We mounted the catch can right behind the front bumper under the driver side headlight. With this location you can drain the can by undoing the 3 10mm bolts holding the front flap of the inner fender liner, pulling that flap back and simply twisting the valve open. No need to take the can out of the car every time you need to drain it and it is right down there with you every time you change your oil so you can drain it into the same spot as your old used oil.

When making this catch can system we went with the best materials we could find as we are all about quality and fit and finish. We understand that not everyone needs the best materials and may simply want a product that works. With that being said, we made 2 versions! They’re exactly the same as far as functionality goes. One is just made with rubber hose and push on fittings and the other is made with Vibrant Performance high quality braided lines with high end reusable hose end fittings. If you’re looking for that extra flair to your engine bay at shows or car meets or even just for you to look at then the braided lines are definitely the way to go. If you just want to keep that oil where it belongs and not in your intake manifold then the rubber hose will definitely be more than sufficient for what you need.

These are made to order and have a 2-4 week lead time. We strive to get these made and sent out asap though and will always do what we can to get these shipped out in a timely manner.

Vented Oil Cap
Sale Price: $110.00 Original Price: $150.00

This vented oil cap kit is designed to allow you to delete the PCV valve that goes between your intake manifold and cylinder head. This valve along with the valve cover breather hose deposit a very large amount of oil and contaminants from your engines crank case into your intake tract which dirties your valves and kills performance and economy. When you delete this valve and block it’s hole off you then use the vented oil cap to route that crank case pressure to a vented or sealed oil catch can.
A vented setup would have the hose from the oil cap and the valve cover going to a catch can with a hole or filter on top to catch the oil vapor and allow the pressure to escape. With this vented setup you would seal the hole/barb that would normally go to the hose coming from the valve cover.

A sealed setup would have the oil cap and valve cover routed to a catch can and a line from the catch can back to the intake tube.

E210/GR Corolla Rear Motor Mount
Sale Price: $180.00 Original Price: $195.00

Hate wheel hop? Want better handling? Better on/off throttle response? Better Cornering feel? You need this mount.
This is a upgraded Rear Motor Mount (RMM for short) for the current generation of 2.0 liter Corolla hatch or sedan and fits both the manual and automatic transmissions as well as the GR corolla. It has the option of a 60a, 85a or 95a duro polyurethane bushing, compared to the stock flimsy rubber bushing, that will keep the engine in place much better than the stock mount. This is important because your axles stay in place rather than shifting back and forth under acceleration which translates to wheel hop and loss of traction and can in some cases damage your drivetrain.
Depending on the bushing you choose, this will increase the sound of the engine in the vehicle and add vibrations, but after it’s break in period those calm down quite a bit.
Your car will feel much more connected to the road and be more predictable in acceleration situations.
This mount is a must for anyone that enjoys spirited driving in their car!

You asked, we delivered! We now have 3 bushing options for our E210/GR Corolla Rear Motor Mount! 60a (soft), 85a (medium), 95a (hard) are the options. Blue is soft, black is medium, and red is hard. These can be swapped in and out at any time with a jack, hand tools, and 15 minutes of your time!

Blue (60a) is good for a mild upgrade from stock, someone who daily drives the car and doesn’t want added NVH (vibrations and such).

Black (85a) is a good in between and is great for someone that street drives their car very spirited and/or takes their car to the occasional track day. This will add a small bit of NVH (vibrations and such) but will mellow out a lot after the break in period of 1000 or so miles.

Red (95a) is great if the car regularly sees track days. This will keep the engine in place better than the others by far and give the greatest feeling of control. This will add a good amount of NVH (vibrations and such), so definitely be prepared for this.

Additional bushings may be purchased at this link here.

E210 Corolla EGR Delete (Half & Full)
from $75.00

For those that take your EGR tube off of your intake to clean the nasty soot out and maintain your intakes cleanliness, this product will seal those holes up while you clean those parts so nothing goes into your intake. This is also for car shows and beauty pictures of the engine bay for dress up when not operating the vehicle. The installation and removal of the half delete takes just minutes as there is just 4 8mm bolts that hold everything together.
For the larger of the 2 pieces (half delete), you will utilize your stock gasket that comes off the OEM EGR tube.

For the full delete, the installation will be a lot more work. The performance and effects will be the same between the half and full delete as they both block the hot gasses and carbon deposits from entering the intake manifold. But the full delete will clean the engine bay up much more as far as looks go. The full delete also sheds more weight and deletes the coolant lines going through the throttle body that heats that up.

Fits:

E210 2.0 Corolla 2018+

Note:

Tuning by AMT will ensure no check engine light with this product. This tune will work hand in hand with this product to maximize the effectiveness of the product and give you more power!
AMT E210 tune
